Stress & energy
Your day, read from the same heartbeats.
inbeat follows your heart through the day and shows when you were calm and when you were under pressure. Workouts and walks are left out, so stress means stress, not a run.
Stress
What you get
Every reading, not hourly blocks
Each reading is a thin bar. Touch one to see when it was and what your heart was doing.
Exercise set apart
Workouts and walks are marked by name and never counted as stress, and neither is the time your heart needs to settle afterwards.
Energy you can explain
Your energy fills up with sleep and rest and drains with training, stress and walking. See exactly where it went.
Four levels
Rest, low, medium and high, each with its own colour, so a glance is enough.

Why it matters
Recovery doesn’t stop at the gym door
A tough meeting, a poor night or a long drive tax the same system your training does. Seeing stress next to your workouts shows the whole load you carry.
Energy turns it into something simple: how much you have left, and what took the rest.
FAQ
Stress & energy, answered.
Why is my stress not high during a workout?
Because a workout is not stress. inbeat recognises exercise and walks, marks them on the chart and leaves them out.
Does stress count while I sleep?
No. The day’s stress only counts the hours you were awake. Sleep has its own row.
What is energy?
A running balance through the day, refilled by sleep and calm rest and spent by training, stress and walking.
