Apple Watch
Made for the Apple Watch you already wear.
No new band, no ring, no extra charger. inbeat works with your Apple Watch and Apple Health: it reads the night, sends planned workouts to the Workout app and runs your strength sessions on your wrist.
Training
What you get
Planned workouts in the Workout app
One tap on Send to Watch and the session waits at the top of Apple’s Workout app, under Scheduled, with its warm-up, repeats and cool-down.
Targets on the wrist
Heart-rate, pace, power and cadence targets alert you during each step. Runs, rides and walks arrive in outdoor and indoor versions, so the treadmill works too.
Strength on the wrist
Sets, reps, weight and rest on the watch, mirrored on your phone.
Everything from Apple Health
HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages, breathing, blood oxygen, wrist temperature, workouts, steps, VO₂max and body composition from a smart scale.

Why it matters
The best wearable is the one you already wear
You don’t need another device to understand your body. Your Apple Watch already records the night, the day and every workout; inbeat makes it make sense.
You choose what inbeat can read in Apple Health, one type at a time. Nothing goes to your watch until you tap Send to Watch, and every finished workout comes back matched to its plan. Readiness, today and your journal also live on your home screen as widgets.
Structured workouts
From the plan to your wrist, and back.
Intervals for a run, sets for a swim: the session your coach planned runs on your Apple Watch, and the result comes back matched to it.

One tap on Send to Watch and it sits at the top of Apple’s Workout app, under Scheduled. Heart-rate and pace targets alert you on the wrist; sending again replaces it, never duplicates it.

Also for rides, walks, hikes, rowing and more. Runs, rides and walks go twice, outdoor and indoor. Swim workouts need a watch whose Workout app supports custom pool swims.
FAQ
Apple Watch, answered.
Do I have to wear my Apple Watch to sleep?
For readiness, HRV and sleep, yes: that is when the watch records them. Everything else works from the day.
Which workouts can go to the watch?
Anything Apple’s custom workouts support: runs, rides, walks, hikes, rowing, elliptical, HIIT and stair climbing, and pool swims on watches whose Workout app supports custom swims.
Which Apple Watch do I need?
Sending planned workouts needs an Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later. Readiness and sleep work with any Apple Watch that records sleep.
