Readiness
One readiness score, every morning.
While you sleep, your Apple Watch listens to your heart, your breathing and your temperature. In the morning inbeat turns it into one number and one sentence: how ready you are, and why.
Readiness
What you get
Made for you, not the average
Your score is measured against your own normal, so a quiet night for you counts as a quiet night, whatever anyone else’s numbers look like.
See what moved it
Tap Why and see which parts of your night lifted your score and which held it back.
Honest from the start
For the first two weeks inbeat is still learning what is normal for you, and it tells you so instead of guessing.
Early warnings
When your HRV dips, your temperature rises or your oxygen drops, you see it the same morning, often before you feel it.

Why it matters
Train on how you are, not how you feel
Motivation says go, a long week says rest, and it is hard to tell which one to trust. Your body keeps score overnight, and readiness puts that score in front of you before the day starts.
A high morning is the day for the hard session. A low one is a nudge to go easy, sleep earlier or skip the extra drink tonight. Over weeks you learn what lifts your mornings and what drags them down.
FAQ
Readiness, answered.
Do I need anything besides an Apple Watch?
No. inbeat reads what your Apple Watch already records overnight through Apple Health. Just wear it to sleep.
Why does the score take two weeks to appear?
inbeat first learns what a normal night looks like for you. Until then it shows your numbers without pretending to know what they mean for you.
How is this different from WHOOP or Oura?
Those need their own band or ring. inbeat uses the Apple Watch you already wear.
