Strength
The gym, on your wrist.
Build a session on your iPhone, start it on your Apple Watch and log every set without taking out your phone. Heart rate records from the first second and the workout is saved to Apple Health.
Push day
What you get
Sets from your wrist
Reps and weight for every set, logged on the watch, with a rest timer between them.
Plan it once
Pick exercises from the library or add your own, set the sets and reuse the session next time.
Muscle map
See which muscles a session worked, so your week stays balanced.
History for every lift
Each exercise keeps its sets over time, so you always know what to beat.
- second of heart rate recorded

Why it matters
Strength belongs in the same picture
Gym sessions tire you out too, and they make you stronger for everything else. In inbeat they sit next to your runs and rides, not in a separate app.
Start on the phone or the watch, log from either, and find the whole session in Apple Health when you’re done.
FAQ
Strength, answered.
Can I add my own exercises?
Yes. Add any exercise that is not in the library, with the muscles it works, and it behaves like the built-in ones.
Is the workout saved to Apple Health?
Yes, with its heart rate and energy, like any workout from the Workout app.
Do I have to use the watch?
No. You can log the whole session on your iPhone; the watch adds heart rate and saves you taking the phone out between sets.
